A full assessment and hands-on treatment using the Jing Method of Advanced Clinical Massage.

Treatment is tailored to you and may include hands-on work, movement advice and simple rehab to help reduce pain and improve function.

£50 (60 mins)

Ongoing hands-on treatment to reduce pain, improve movement and keep things progressing.

Treatment is adapted each session based on how your body is responding, helping you move forward and prevent issues from returning.

£70 (90mins)

A longer session to work through multiple areas of tension, stiffness or pain.

Ideal if you have several issues or want a more complete treatment, allowing more time to address the body as a whole.

From £65 (60mins)

Hands-on treatment in your own home.

Ideal if you’re short on time, unable to travel or prefer to be treated in a more comfortable environment.

All equipment is provided, with the same clinical approach used in clinic.

My journey into massage therapy started from my own experience with ongoing pain.

I found it frustrating healing with issues that didn’t fully resolve, or that kept coming back despite treatment.

That experience pushed me to learn more, not just how to treat symptoms, but how to better understand the body and why pain persists.

Now, I focus on helping people who feel stuck with recurring problems, providing treatment that looks beyond short term relief.
